We are two game developers passionate for Half life, and with several remakes around, I caught myself thinking how would be if there was a half life 2 remake, was then that I and my friend had the brilliant idea to create this project, we would like an opportunity to really make this happen, we count on the affection and support of all fans.
WHAT IS PROJECT FREEMAN ?
Is a remake of one of the most revolutionary games of all time, released in 2004 Half-life 2 is a first-person shooter game, bringing several innovations to the field of games.
WHAT ENGINE IS THE GAME BEING MADE ON?
Project Freeman is being built on Unreal Engine 5 to modernize the look and feel of Half-life 2, the game will feature completely reworked maps and characters, motion capture animations along with facial expressions and completely new particle systems and visual effects, our main focus is to keep the original essence and gameplay for a better player experience.
FOR WHAT PLATFORMS WILL IT BE RELEASED ?
PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X.
