Just tried it out with the fix supplied in the "Bugs" tab and it still works with 2.02. Only thing I noticed is, that the time is off by 1 hour. As in, if it is 5 pm for me in real life, then it is 4 pm in Cyberpunk.
I provided a bug report with a possible solution to get this mod to working within C77 v1.6 and CET v1.20.0. It requires a manual edit to one of the lines within this mods init.lua file to correct a possible compilation error. I am not sure why the error occurs as the original code seemed legit, but the change allows the mod to load and appears to work correctly without issue.
I hope this helps anyone here who is having difficulty to get this mod working like I was.
The idea of this mod is awesome! I would like to download it, but first I always check the posts to see if the mod is following up the game updates to maintain compatibility. I see that currently this is not the case. I will keep posted, tho!

CD Project Red Cyberpunk is so messed up.
The sun starts coming up at 02:30 AM.
Cyberpunk is supposed to be about the night time. In this game the night is 3 hours long. How messed up did they mess up this game it's incredible.
And about Cyber Tweak Engine , what version exactly support?
sadly 1.2 patch has stopped it working, at least for me ; is it the case for everyone ? if yes, do you plan to release an update working on 1.2 ?
